Coaching Team
All coaches used by NMT Coaching Services are LTA Qualified and Licenced Coaches. They attend regular courses keeping them up to date with current coaching methods, whilst ensuring they are safe to work with children and have a valid first aid certificate.

Coaching Assistants
NMT Coaching Services also has a large number of assistants who offer support to the coaches and the players during coaching sessions. At the age of 16 these assistants are recommened to take attend the LTA Level 1 Coaching Assistants course.
