Grade 6 Matchplays - Summer 2008
Maidenhead LTC are set to host 5 Grade 6 Matchplays over the 2008 summer season for players to continue playing matches and increasing players ratings. The events are open to both boys and girls of all ages. All events are approved by the Lawn Tennis Association and will be run in strict accordance with the ITF Rules of Tennis, the Rules of the LTA and the LTA Tournament Regulations, including the LTA Code of Conduct; the tournament code for Maidenhead LTC Matchplay events is BER037.
Events will run on:
30th May 2008 – 1pm start
25th July 2008 – 1pm start
8th August 2008 – 1pm start
15th August 2008 – 1pm start
22nd August 2008 – 1pm start
Entry fee for each event is £10 per entry.
The closing date for all entries will be the day before (i.e. Thursday) at 5pm. Confirmation emails to confirm acceptances will be sent shortly after. This allows players who are involved within tournaments and have finished playing by the Thursday to enter the matchplay for additional practice before the following tournament.
Maidenhead LTC is a LTA Satellite Club with 12 courts (6 macadam and 6 porous acrylic). The club has a fantastic competition programme both internally and externally; running tournaments throughout the year for players of all standards.
